About Our Spas We have two beautiful, high quality spa facilities busy well established spas, Red Earth Spa and Meadow Spa and Pools Red Earth Spa is a full service spa with six treatment rooms. Red Earth Spa is located inside Banff Caribou Lodge. The Spa features an esthetics room with two manicure stations and two pedicure chairs. Spa clients also have full access to the hotel’s hot pool and exercise room. The spa has a number of areas for clients to relax before, In between or after a treatment. Meadow Spa & Pools is filled with natural light and stunning mountain views and is located in the Moose Hotel & Suites. It offers indulgent spa experiences in a tranquil environment. Services include massages, body treatments, facials, nail services, waxing and couples packages. Our peaceful relaxation lounge and private outdoor hot pool complete guests’ spa escape, allowing time and space to relax and rejuvenate. Spa Product lines we carry in both locations include Babor, Aromatherapy Associates and OPI About the Aesthetician Position Our Aesthetician’s ensure our guests receive an amazing spa experience by performing services such as facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and body treatments.

Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure our guests feel welcome by being warm, open and friendly providing a sincere and caring service at all times. • Ability to perform facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and body treatments in a safe and professional manner to clients as trained. • Review medical history/ waiver guest notes prior to each treatment. • Ensure individualized treatments through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations of our guests. • Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring equipment for body treatments and personal equipment is in safe and clean working order. • Maintain an ample amount of supplies at all times • Actively participate in all incentives and retail sales goals as set by management. • Participate in all in-house and online training opportunities for our spa product lines. • Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.

Skills and Experiences • Professional Requirements: certified training from a reputable Canadian school or International equivalent. • Valid first aid certificate is preferred. • Able to provide a recent, clear criminal record check. • Previous practical work experience performing facials, waxing, manicures pedicures and body treatments.

This position offers • Compensation of 30% commission on services plus gratuities. • 10% discount on retail. • Permanent Full-time hours. • Professional and friendly work environment with a large, well established company.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide all waxing services offered by Fuzz Wax Bar to both male and female • Provide outstanding waxing service following the in-house trained Fuzz way of waxing and the Fuzz signature conversations from start to finish • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered • Upsell through EDUCATION of our clients on pre and post wax care products • Deliver flawless service, sales, customer experience, • Maintain an awareness of all things Fuzz with customers and members • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and people-centric work environment

QUALIFICATIONS ANDREQUIREMENTS • Certified esthetician (Certificate of esthetic required upon interview) • Loves waxing and enjoys doing waxing only • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and wax-care products and services • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust • Flexible availability – Fuzz hours are 7 days a week, generally from 7am to 9pm, so staff schedule will include opening, closing and weekend shifts.
